Document harassment and complain to bank
- Record calls, save messages, note times (before 7am / after 7pm is itself a violation)
- Write to bank's grievance officer citing RBI Fair Practices Code
- Demand agent is stopped from contacting you

- File RBI Banking Ombudsman complaint at cms.rbi.org.in
- Also file police FIR for criminal intimidation if physical threats involved
