Action first

Document harassment and complain to bank

  • Record calls, save messages, note times (before 7am / after 7pm is itself a violation)
  • Write to bank's grievance officer citing RBI Fair Practices Code
  • Demand agent is stopped from contacting you

If harassment continues

  • File RBI Banking Ombudsman complaint at cms.rbi.org.in
  • Also file police FIR for criminal intimidation if physical threats involved
