PF withdrawal blocked or rejected by employer
What you need to know
Employer cannot block PF withdrawal. After leaving, you have right to withdraw or transfer PF. Employer must cooperate with EPFO. File EPFO grievance if obstacles created.

Submit withdrawal claim directly on EPFO portal
- Log in to epfindia.gov.in with UAN number
- Submit Form 19 (withdrawal) or Form 13 (transfer) online
- If UAN is Aadhaar-linked — employer approval is NOT needed
- If employer is blocking — file grievance on epfigms.gov.in
